Do you accept insurance?

These services are private pay only. We can however provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance.  We do accept credit cards, Care Credit, and have a few payment plan options for our patients to choose from.

How much does Concierge Therapy cost?

Pricing varies depending on the services your family selects.  We share our recommendations after completion of a screening evaluation with one of our licensed therapists. Our intake packet contains a full fee schedule for you to review. What is the duration and frequency of therapy sessions?

We specialize in providing an innovative and intensive model that provides therapy and parent communication at least 4 days per week over a month.  However, depending on your child’s needs and your goals a more traditional model may be suggested.  After a screening we will share with you our recommendations to the best plan to meet your child’s needs and your goals.

Who needs to be present for the session?

A parent or caregiver needs to be present and participate for this model to be effective. Our intensive programs permit parents and/or caregivers the training needed to assist the patient with the necessary carry over of skills.  The evidenced based programs we have developed empowers and educates parents and caregivers and well as our patients.

Why use intensive and private therapy?

Concierge Pediatric Therapy provides individualized therapy sessions that are tailored to your child and family’s needs.  Our intensive program model fast forwards and accomplishes in a month or two what traditional therapy takes a year or even longer to achieve. This is possible because we have seen the impact of repeated daily therapy having a much higher success rate than single weekly therapy sessions.

We have physical locations in Camarillo, CA, San Diego, CA and Las Vegas, NV.  Families seeking some sessions of 1:1 direct in person therapy are welcomed to Enroll at those nearby facilities. We also serve children nationwide through our virtual platform, Concierge Pediatric Therapy.
